Mom and dad went to the sox game with Uncle Mitch and Ant Lane. Uncle Mitch took this picture with his new iPhone 4. Too bad for them, it was during the rain delay.

There’s something about Cape Cod where Will likes to start his day at 4:30 am. Here are some pictures from the sunrise at Lighthouse Beach in Chatham on Aug 8th.

Dad and Uncle Mitch took me, Walker and Quinny on a canoe trip on the Charles River today. We saw an alligator, bull, Indian with an eagle on its’ head, a lizard and a tortoise. All fake of course, but we saw them!

Next up, cooking out and camping in the back yard.

Dad took Quinn and his giant appetite to the Red Sox game.  2 waters, 2 bags of peanuts, 2 Fenway franks, a pretzel, ice cream w/ m&ms and a souvenir baseball later, they left when the game went to extra innings.  In case you were wondering, the ketchup for his hot dog was free so he loaded up on it and surprisingly didn’t get any on himself or anyone else.

They listened to the game on the way home and the Red Sox ended up winning 3-2 in the 11th inning.

A busy 4th of July weekend.  Parade, beach, cookouts, World Cup and lots of other fun at the cape.  Uncle Mitch and Ant Laine even came down for a bit until they got sick of trying to figure out who is who in the McDonald family.

I graduated from Pre-School today and then we had our blast-off to summer party at school!

It was 75 degrees and sunny on the Cape today. That means it’s a beach day…Will’s first!

Mom grabbed me and Will and headed to the Cape just in time as Dad, Ashley and Andy destroyed the kitchen on Friday. Now we have to put it back together again starting on Tuesday. Dad’s hoping to have it done by July 4th but judging from his past projects, Christmas seems like a better estimate. Time will tell, although this time he’ll have help.
