Our Life in Pictures
Tonight we had Mitch & Laine, Elijah, and Laine’s Parents (Mimi & Granddaddy David) over for dinner. Maw Maw and Paw Paw were already here. I’ve had a tooth dangling for about a week now so Maw Maw (with my approval) came up with a contest of $20 to the person that pulls my tooth out. As you can see by the video below, Uncle Mitch was the winner – and the only one to try. Thanks Uncle Mitch!

Mom and Dad had a celebration for Mitch and Laine this weekend to help welcome my soon-to-be arriving cousin and wish them well as they leave for California just two weeks (give or take) later. Mitch and Laine loved receiving books for the baby (and the Chick Filet sandwiches and sweet tea weren’t bad either)!
We will miss you sooooooooooooooooo much!TAGS: Party!
Will and I in our Irish knit sweaters, along with Mom, Dad, Uncle Mitch and Ant Laine, joined the unwashed masses at the St Patty’s Day Parade in Southie today.
Everyone keeps asking me if I had fun in Indiana on my birthday and Thanksgiving. These pictures should answer that question
On Friday, Lieutenant Commander Uncle Mitch came to my class to talk about being a jet pilot and all the kids in my class (and Ms. Diaz’ class) thought it was awesome! He showed us his flight gear and let us try it on, played a video for us and answered all of our very complex questions.
THANK YOU UNCLE MITCH!

So day three is complete. It was probably the worst of the 3 days (for me and will). Mostly because will wasn’t too cooperative.
We slept in until 630. Will coughed for about 45 minutes starting at 3am. Then molly started whining so, i let her out. While molly was outside, I tried to figure out the thermostat, because like all the Kochs other than me, enjoy keeping the house frigid in the middle of the night. It’s funny how the brain doesn’t work that well at that time of night. The morning was uneventful. The three of us hung out and played. Anna and I drew some butterflies. Actually, I drew the butterflies (an entire family), while Anna decorated them. While Will slept (2hr nap), Anna took a bath and got dressed all by herself. After getting ready, Anna and I watched a movie about superheroes. Julie and Max showed up at 1130 and Anna was off for a play date. Will and I ate lunch then left for the Airport to pick up Aunt Laine. We arrived at the airport a little early and hung out in the cell phone parking lot and played. When the three of us got home, WIll took a nap. Shortly after, I took a nap. Good thing Laine was around because when I woke up, Laine, Anna, and Will were having a dance party upstairs. Miley Cirus and Shakira. Awesome. Then we decided to explode a bomb in the kitchen for dinner time. Cheese and BBQ chicken pizza, asparagus, pineapples, and popcorn. Anna said she didn’t like asparagus, but next thing we know, the 4 pieces on her plate were missing. hmmmm? I guess she likes asparagus. Laine and Anna watched the Bee Movie while I followed Will around the house. Bedtime at 8. Now Laine and I are watching desperate housewives. Was football on today?? Molly ate a sock and threw it up. The smell still lingers.

here’s the recap from day 2:
545 wakeup. Will started to fuss around 515. After taking Will downstairs, anna started to cry for her mommy. I think it was because it wasn’t 7am yet. I let it slide and she came downstairs with me and Will. So both of them were ready to go just prior to 6am. that was a real treat. While will drank his bottle, Anna helped me make pancakes. She said they tasted different than Daddy’s pancakes. I think it was the sugar I put in the pancakes. Will had strawberries, blueberries, yobaby, banana, and some pancakes for breakfast. So we were done w/ breakfast at 7am. We played for the next few hours. I had a hard time keeping my eyes open, but once I put the coffee on, I felt much better. I actually forgot to put the grinds in. I wondered why the coffee color was clear. After some snacking, Anna and I put Will down for a nap (9ish). Anna and I made another computer because we couldn’t find the one we made yesterday. After drawing, we got Will up and left for the soccer game. Got there 15 min early. The soccer game was a hoot. Anna didn’t play much. Actually, she played the entire time with her friend Katie, minus the 5 minutes she spent on the field. During Anna’s play date, Will and I hung out on the grass. We headed home around 1230 but decided to stop at the 7-11 for a coke (for me), and candy for anna. After getting home, we made lunch: Mac and cheese for anna and cheese, avacado, graham crackers, blue berries, and some sweet peas for will. We played for the next 2ish hours in your room before putting will down for a nap. Anna, her baby, and me laid in your bed and watched monsters inc. We both fell asleep during the movie. Will woke up around 4 and began eating 1 1/2 bananas in the kitchen. We played for a little bit and decided it was time to wake anna up after her 1 1/2 hr nap. We watched an episode of curious george. Anna wanted to work on some ‘projects’ but wanted to leave one sheet of printer paper left for y’all. So, we got in the car and headed to my house to get some printer paper. I also needed some clothes, so it was a good excuse. When we got back we made dinner. chicken nuggets and corn for anna. blue berries, cheese, 1/2 banana, some gerber, graham crackers, corn, and chicken nuggets for will (he’s a picky eater!). After dinner we went out for ice cream. Anna had rainbow sherbert with sprinkles. she only ate about 1/2 of it. During dinner she mentioned she had a belly ache after drinking milk. she never whined though. I asked her before she went to bed and she said her belly still hurt. Maybe too much sugar for the day. I’ll do better tomorrow. more veges? Anyway, after we got back, everyone got ready for bed. I put will down at 8 and anna a few minutes after. read a dr. suess book to anna before she fell asleep.
There you have it. Let me know if you have any pointers. Here are some pics.
